The Enhanced 9-1-1 Commission was established in 1992 by New Hampshire statute RSA 106-H. The Commission is made up of representatives of 16 organizations. Members are appointed by the Governor and serve a three year term. The Commission sets policy for the Bureau of Emergency Communications.
