Concord, NH - The NH Division of Motor Vehicles is making a number changes in the operation of its substations with the beginning of the new state fiscal year, according to DMV Director Richard C. Bailey, Jr.
"These changes reflect the realities of the new state budget," Bailey said. "Some cuts are necessary to comply with the budget, but the Division and its personnel will make every effort to provide the public with high quality service."
The following changes will take effect in July and August:
Hours of operation for other DMV substations will remain the same. A complete list of DMV substations is on the Division's Website at http://www.nh.gov/safety/divisions/dmv/driverlic/dllocations.html.
Bailey also encouraged eligible drivers seeking license renewal to do that online. Instructions for online renewal are included in letters sent to drivers prior to the expiration of their licenses.
