  • What is the difference between an insurance copy of a driving record and a certified copy of a record?

    • An insurance copy of a driving record has only violations and accidents.
    • A certified copy of a driving record has detailed information regarding past history including present and/or prior suspensions.

  • How long will points stay on my driving record?
    For 3 years. Points are divided by each calendar year. If an individual receives points in the year 2000, the points will not count on his/her driving record in the year 2003.
