The Bureau of Financial Responsibility is responsible for restoring the license/operating and/or New Hampshire registration privileges of individual or entity whose privileges were previously indicated as suspended/revoked.

At present, the restoration process can only be completed by the Bureau of Financial Responsibility located at 23 Hazen Drive in Concord, NH.

Once all requirements associated to a suspension/revocation have been satisfied a Confirmation of Restoration/Rescind Notice is generated. The purpose of this notice is to confirm that an individual's license/operating privileges and/or New Hampshire registration privileges have been restored, or an entity's registration privileges have been restored.
