Fees can also be paid via telephone by credit card (MasterCard or VISA) by calling (800) 272-0036.

Reinstatement fees cannot be paid at a DMV office.

Proof of clearance is normally filed in the form of a Notice of Restoration issued from the state that imposed the suspension/revocation.
