Driver Licensing > Non-US Citizen > Renew a Driver License or Non-Driver Identification

If you are a Permanent Resident, Asylee, or a Refugee and have previously submitted your green card or I-94 to the Concord office you may apply for your renewal at any local DMV office by bringing the following:

1. Your current New Hampshire Driver License.
2. Your valid Permanent Resident Card or your valid I-94 card.
3. The correct completed application for your license type:
   • Operator License
   • Commercial License
   • Non-Driver Identification

If you are here on a Visa or Work Employment Card you must apply for all renewals or extensions at the Concord DMV office by bringing the following:

1. Your current New Hampshire Driver License.
2. Your current Visa or Work Employment Card paperwork including:
   • If you are a Visa holder please bring any paperwork stating that your Visa has been extended or that you have applied for an extension.
   • If you are here on a Work Employment Card (EAD) you must bring your valid card or paperwork that you have applied for a new card.
3. The correct completed application for your license type:
   • Operator License
   • Commercial License
   • Non-Driver Identification
