Mr. Kopczynski has over twenty-five year's governmental experience. This experience includes the direct management of building and zoning departments, planning and engineering. Mr. Kopczynski is Assistant City Manager, and leader of the Municipal Services portfolio, which includes the Public Works, Planning, Airport and Code Enforcement Departments. Mr. Kopczynski has a number of licenses and certifications and has served and does serve on boards and committees with the International Code Council, National Association of Home Builders and the National Fire Protection Association.
