Sample Revaluation Contracts

The supplied contracts are recommended by the NH Department of Revenue Administration (DRA) as the contracts follow all applicable New Hampshire statutes and laws. Municipalities that are ordered from the Board of Tax and Land Appeals to complete revaluation work are required to use the DRA contracts.
