These rules are the "Final Proposed - Annotated" filed with Administrative Rules. They reflect only the proposed changes that are a result of comments received at the public hearing. Changes are shown in bold for additions and struck through for deletions.
Proposed changes that were shown in the "Initial Proposal" as bold language have been incorporated into the text of the Final Proposal Annotated and the struck through language in the Initial Proposal has been removed from the Final Proposal.
This version does not reflect changes that may result in a conditional approval request or an objection at the JLCAR hearing.
