Over 28 years experience in New Hampshire state tax administration including property taxes, limited sales taxes, excise taxes, property tax relief, and business taxes.  This experience spans audit, collections, property appraisal, legislative liaison, automated compliance program development, financial reporting, revenue estimation, tax research, litigation support and chaired the committees implementing two of the major computer systems in use by the Department of Revenue Administration.
