Eligibility Criteria: Be a NH resident as determined by completion of Residency Form (download Residency Form) ; Tufts University is based on need; Cornell University is based on merit.
Award: $12,000 per year paid directly to institution

- A: “New Hampshire resident" shall include any student who graduated from a NH high school in the past 6 years.

- A: No. At the present time, the only schools the State of New Hampshire has capitation agreements are Tufts and Cornell Universities.

A: The institution will determine the amount of financial aid that you are eligible to receive based on information that you provided on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
