The licensing database reports listed below contain only current/active licensees and registrants. All licensees/registrants listed have the licensing status of "Active & Currently In Good Standing". Currently, disciplinary history is not available online. Requests for all verifications that require more information than "currently active and in good standing" (i.e. disciplinary history), must be submitted in writing (to the address below), along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope (addressed to the person/entity to receive verification). There is no charge for the verification but all verification requests must follow the procedure listed above. Please include the full name and NH license/registration number of the person/company you are seeking verification for.
