The licensing database reports listed below contain only current/active licensees and registrants. All licensees/registrants listed have the licensing status of "Active & Currently In Good Standing". Currently, disciplinary history is not available online.

Requests for all verifications that require more information than can be found on the licensee/registrant listings below (i.e. disciplinary history), must be submitted in writing (to the address below), along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope (addressed to the person/entity to receive verification) and a $5.00 check payable to Treasurer, State of NH.  You must include the full name and NH license/registration number of the person/company you are seeking verification for.
