Proposed Rules - Ph 700
The Board held a public hearing on proposed rules (Ph 700 - Standards of Practice) on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. View the proposed rules.The Board took the oral/written comments received under advisement and will continue its work on the proposal. Updates on the status of these rules will be posted here as the Board progresses through the rulemaking process. Adopted Rules - Ph 400
View the adopted Ph 400 rules which the Board adopted on 4/15/15 and included significant revisions to section Ph 404 (Standards for Compounding and Dispensing Sterile Pharmaceuticals). The Board held a public comments hearing on these rules Wednesday, December 17, 2014 and took these comments into consideration when drafting the final version of the rules.
