Proposed Rules

Hearing on Proposed Rules - June 18, 2014 - 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon

The Board will be holding a public comments hearing on the proposed rules below. The hearing will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon during the Board's June 18th meeting being held at MCPHS University, 1260 Elm Street, Manchester, NH.


Proposed Rules - Ph 404 Standards for Compounding and Dispensing Sterile Pharmaceuticals and Ph 405 Standards of Practice for Nuclear/Radiologic Pharmacy

The Board held a public comment hearing on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon at the Board office located at the Philbrook Building, 121 South Fruit Street, Concord, NH.

Update 05/19/2014 - These rules are currently still being worked on - more information will follow as these rules make their way through the rules-making process.


Proposed Rules - Non-Resident Pharmacies (Ph 900)

The Board held a public comment hearing on January 15, 2014 from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon at the Board office located at the Philbrook Building, 121 South Fruit Street, Concord, NH.
