Proposed Rules - Pharmacy Technicians (Ph 800)
View the proposed rules under consideration by the Board regarding Pharmacy Technicians. A public comment hearing is scheduled during the Board's May monthly meeting - Wednesday, May 15, 2013. The meeting begins at 9:00 A.M. and the public comments hearing runs from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon. If unable to attend hearing, comments may be submitted by email.

Proposed Rules - Non-Resident Pharmacies (Ph 900)
View the proposed rules under consideration by the Board regarding Non-Resident / Mail-Order Pharmacies. A public comment hearing is scheduled during the Board's June monthly meeting - Wednesday, June 19, 2013. The meeting begins at 9:00 A.M. and the public comments hearing runs from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon. If unable to attend hearing, comments may be submitted by email.

The Board of Pharmacy held a public comment hearing on January 16, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. on the proposed rules noted below. These rules are now in the Final Proposal stage and are pending review/approval by JLCAR (Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules) and then on to final adoption by the Board.
