licensing database tables listed below contain only
current/active licensees and registrants. All
licensees/registrants listed have the licensing status
of "Active & Currently In Good Standing". Requests for
disciplinary history on any current or lapsed licensee/registrant must be
in writing. Please mail or fax your request to the
Board. You must include your contact information and
the reason for your request.

logistics companies, virtual manufacturers /

Please note, there is a back-log of renewals
received at the Board office waiting to be processed.
Many entities that have an expiration date of 6/30/2009
may have already sent in their renewal. As these
renewals are processed, the expiration date fields will
be updated on a daily basis. All drug wholesalers
who show an expiration date of 6/30/2009 may continue to
do business in New Hampshire without their actual permit
in hand. We expect all permits to be mailed out by
the second week of July. We
