Margaret A. Clifford, R.Ph. - Strafford, NH A graduate of University of Rhode Island - College of Pharmacy, Margaret (Peg) joined the Board in August 2005 as a Compliance Investigator. Peg previously worked for the NH Department of Health & Human Services - Office of Medicaid Business & Policy. Peg resides in Strafford, NH with her husband Don and son Douglas. |

Robert D. Elder, R.Ph. - Hampstead, NH A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Bob joined the Board as a Compliance Investigator in December 2008. Bob has worked for both independent and corporate retail pharmacies, and has had previous careers as a medical laboratory technologist and operating room technician. He resides in Hampstead with his wife Michelle. |

James "Jay" M. Queenan, R.Ph., M.B.A. -
Hampton, NH Jay received his pharmacy degree in 1978 at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and received his Masters in Business Administration in 2001 from Southern New Hampshire University. Jay joined the Board as the Executive Secretary / Director in the spring of 2009 replacing Paul Boisseau, R.Ph. who retired in the winter of 2008. Jay, a second generation pharmacist, has worked as a retail community pharmacist in both independent and chain settings. Most recently, Jay was a Pharmacy Operations Manager for a regional food and drug supermarket chain for over 11 years. Jay enjoys travel, baseball, golf and downhill skiing. |

Jason R. Richard - Manchester, NH Jason is originally from Massachusetts, where he attended the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth. Among the various duties he performs for the Board, Jason develops content for and maintains the Board's website, is the Board's business / financial manager and licensing administrator. Jason is also responsible for administering the program for initial pharmacist licensure in the state and validating pharmacist licensing / educational credentials. |
