Non-Resident Pharmacy Renewal Information

THE BOARD HAS TRANSITIONED TO ONLINE RENEWALS - PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY RENEW ONLINE:

AT THIS TIME, YOU MUST USE INTERNET EXPLORER ON A PC & PAY YOUR RENEWAL FEE BY VISA OR MASTERCARD IN ORDER TO RENEW ONLINE! IT WILL NOT WORK ON TABLETS OR SMART-PHONES, OR ON ANY OTHER BROWSER BESIDES INTERNET EXPLORER! THE STATE'S INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT IS WORKING ON A SYSTEM UPGRADE WHICH IS ESTIMATED TO BE ONLINE IN 1 TO 2 MONTHS , WHICH WILL ALLOW THE RENEWAL SITE TO WORK IN OTHER BROWSERS - IN THE MEANTIME, WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY THIS LIMITED COMPATIBILITY.

YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PRECISELY ON EACH PAGE OR YOUR RENEWAL WILL NOT GO THROUGH - PLEASE DO NOT RUSH - MAKE SURE YOUR READ EVERYTHING!

DO NOT CLICK THE PAYMENT BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE OR YOU WILL GET CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES!

  1. On March 15, 2013, the Board mailed out renewal notices, with instructions and your unique online registration code needed for completing your renewal online. You cannot renew online without first obtaining your unique 6-digit registration code (this is not the same as your NH Non-Resident Pharmacy License #). If you never received or lost your renewal notice with your online registration code and would like your Registration Code emailed to you, please email the Board your request, along with your pharmacy's name and NH license #.

  2. Online renewals must be paid by Visa or MasterCard.

  3. The online renewal site can be accessed by clicking here. In order for the renewal site to work properly, you must use Internet Explorer as your browser.

  4. A 2-month extension to the March 31 renewal deadline has been granted – all currently registered non-resident pharmacies now have until 05/31/2013 to renew.

  5. Your pharmacy's (or the license contact person's) e-mail address must be entered on your renewal (regardless of your renewal method) as we no longer mail paper licenses - your pharmacy's license will be e-mailed to you by the license renewal system (due to extensive backlogs and limited Board staff, processing time is several weeks).

If unable to pay by Visa/MasterCard, you will need to print the paper renewal form below and mail in with your check. Your 2013-2014 License will be e-mailed to you within 6-8 weeks of receiving your completed application. For faster service, it is recommended that you renew online by Visa/MasterCard. Thank you for your patience as we transition to online renewals!
