| 273-A:15 Actions By or
Against Public Employee Organizations. –
Actions by or against the exclusive representative of a bargaining
unit may be brought, without respect to the amount of damages, in
the superior court of the county in which it is principally located,
or where the plaintiff resides or has its principal place of
business, if the plaintiff is a resident of this state or is
incorporated in this state.
