ATTORNEY/HEARING
OFFICER - The NH Public Employee Labor Relations Board seeks an
Attorney II and requests applications from attorneys with some
litigation experience to act as administrative adjudicator and
staff counsel to undertake legal research, review complaints,
petitions, motions, and legal memoranda; conduct evidentiary
hearings, and draft orders related to public employers and
employee bargaining unit formations, elections, unfair labor
practice complaints and participate in court proceedings,
knowledge of labor law and alternative dispute resolution
techniques helpful. Must have/obtain NH license. Appropriate
education, training, experience, ethics and temperament of a
neutral adjudicator a must. Writing sample required.
$48,262.50-$57,408.00. Applications accepted in confidence and
