Teamsters Local 633 of NH/Newmarket Police Association v. Town of
Newmarket

PELRB Case No. P-0766-2

Union claimed that town committed unfair labor practice by refusing to implement increase
in police detail rate and by stating that union would not receive certain benefits provided to
other employees.  PELRB denied union's complaint finding that union could not compel
town to expend funds over which it had discretionary authority and that town's conduct did
not rise to level of unfair labor practice.
