Town of Pelham v. AFSCME Council 93, Local 3657, Pelham Police Employees
PELRB Case No. P-0775-1

Town claimed that union committed unfair labor practice by demanding that town implement

complaint finding that town committed unfair labor practice by refusing to implement
arbitrator's award and that evidence was insufficient to show that award violated public
policy.
