New Hampshire Troopers' Association v. New Hampshire Department of Safety,

Union claimed that division committed unfair labor practice by refusing to assign detectives
to work on two holidays which resulted in change of detectives' work schedule and loss in
pay.  PELRB dismissed complaint finding that division's action was valid exercise of
management rights.
