ORDER On January 29, 2009 the PELRB received telephonic notification from the office of counsel for the SEA that neither party has filed for rehearing or reconsideration with the Supreme Court under Supreme Court Rule 22 within the applicable time periods. Accordingly, on or before February 11, 2009 each party shall file a Statement of Position on the remanded case which shall specifically address the scope of proceedings and hearings on remand, issues to be determined on remand and the specific relief requested on remand.
