MODIFICATION OF CERTIFIED
BARGAINING UNIT
A representation proceeding having been
previously conducted by the Public Employee Labor Relations Board in
accordance with RSA 273-A, and the Rules and Regulations of the Board, which
resulted in the selection of an exclusive representative, and where the
parties have now stipulated to a modification of the certified bargaining
unit’s composition, said stipulation being in conformity with the provisions
of RSA 273-A; then,
Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by the Public Employee Labor
Relations Act, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that AFSCME Council 93, Local 1801,
Town of Derry Administrative Support Staff, is the exclusive representative
of the employees of the above named public employer, in the unit as
described below, for purposes of collective negotiations and settlement of
grievances.
UNIT: Administrative Secretary, Administrative Secretary III, Assistant
Animal Control Officer, Assistant Building Inspector, Assistant to Finance
Director, Bookkeeper, Clerk Typist/Receptionist, DPW Fiscal Specialist,
Computer Support Specialist, Customer Service Assistant, Deputy Tax
Collector, Deputy Town Clerk, Deputy Tax Collector/Municipal Agent, Fiscal
Assistant I, Payroll & Benefits Specialist, Police Dispatcher, Production &
Training Coordinator, Secretary, Secretary I, Secretary II, Secretary III,
Senior Bookkeeper, Utility Customer Service & Billing Clerk, Victim
Advocate.
Further, IT IS ORDERED that the above named public employer shall henceforth
recognize the AFSCME Council 93, Local 1801, Town of Derry Administrative
Support Staff as the exclusive representative for negotiating wages, terms
and conditions of employment for the members of the bargaining unit, as
herein described, and shall recognize the right of such exclusive
representative to represent employees in the settlement of grievances.
