STATUS CONFERENCE MEMORANDUM

On January 14, 2009 the Court issued its decision on the SEA’s appeal, and later that day the parties submitted a joint request to the PELRB requesting a status conference on January 16, 2009. At the status conference the parties discussed the possible parameters of proceedings in this agency on remand as well as the fact that the Court’s decision will not become final until the disposition of any motion for rehearing or reconsideration filed under Supreme Court Rule 22. This matter will be scheduled for a pre-hearing/status conference once the Supreme Court proceedings are complete.
