The complainant filed an Assented to Motion to Continue Hearing Date and Place Matter in Abeyance requesting this matter to be deferred pending legislative approval of the agreement negotiated by the parties which may resolve the complaint in this matter. The motion is granted. The currently scheduled hearing is cancelled. There will be no further proceedings in this matter before May 1, 2009. This matter shall be dismissed after May 1, 2009 unless it has already been withdrawn or one of the parties files a request for a hearing before May 1, 2009.
