ORDER ON MOTION FOR REHEARING The Board has considered the State Employees’ Association of NH, Inc., SEIU Local 1984 most recent Motion for Rehearing in this matter and took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Motion for Rehearing filed by the State Employees’ Association of NH, Inc., SEA Local 1984, on February 28, 2008. 2. It reviewed the previous Motion for Rehearing filed by the State Employees’ Association of NH, Inc., SEA Local 1984, on November 1, 2007 and the New England Police Benevolent Association’s objection thereto filed on November 8, 2007 to the extent they are relevant or timely. 3. It examined the Hearing Officer’s previous decision, PELRB Decision No. 2007-153, issued in this matter on October 25, 2007 and as amended November 1, 2007 (See PELRB Decision #2007-157 correcting scrivner’s error.) 4. It reviewed the previous Motion for Rehearing filed by the State Employees’ Association of NH, Inc., SEA Local 1984, on November 9, 2007 and the New England Police Benevolent Association’s objection thereto filed on November 15, 2007 to the extent they are relevant or timely. 5. It examined its previous decision, PELRB Decision No. 2007-160, issued in this matter on November 19, 2007 denying a rehearing to SEIU Local 1984. 6. It reviewed the Motion for Rehearing (Reconsideration) filed by SEIU Local 1984 filed on December 7, 2007 requesting reconsideration of its previous decision 7. It examined its previous decision, PELRB Decision No. 2007-181 issued on December 14, 2007 denying a rehearing to SEIU Local 1984. 8. It reviewed all other filings in this matter, including its Order of Election, dated November 1, 2007; Notice of Pre-Election, dated November 30, 2007; Notice of Election and Ground Rules for Election, both dated December 14, 2007; Certifications of Conduct of Election dated January 17, 2008 executed by the parties; Report of Election and Tally of Ballots dated January 18, 2008 executed by the parties; and its Certification of Representative and Order to Negotiate, PELRB Decision 2008-013, issued on January 30, 2008 to the extent they are either timely or relevant. 9. It DENIED this most recent Motion of the State Employees’ Association of NH, Inc., SEIU Local 1984 filed on February 28, 2008. So ordered. Signed this 13th day of March, 2008.
