ORDER ON REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION
The Board has considered the Classified Employee
Petitioners of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission Request for
Reconsideration and took the following actions:
1. Pursuant to RSA 541 and N.H. Admin R. Pub 205.02,
it reviewed the Request for Reconsideration of PELRB Decision 2008-015,
filed by the Classified Employee Petitioners of the New Hampshire Public
Utilities Commission on February 28, 2008.
2. It examined its previous decision, PELRB Decision No. 2008-015,
issued in this matter on February 5, 2008.
3. It reviewed its previous decision, PELRB Decision No. 2008-027,
issued on February 15, 2008.
4. It reviewed all previous filings of the parties in this matter.
It DENIED the Classified Employee Petitioners of the New
Hampshire Public Utilities Commission Request for Review of PELRB Decision
2008-015.
