Order re: March 3, 2008 Pre-Hearing Conference The parties appeared for a pre-hearing conference on March 3, 2008. Prior to formal commencement of the conference the parties reached agreement on a possible resolution of this matter. Accordingly, the pre-hearing conference was deferred and the parties shall file a report as to the status of this matter on or before March 21, 2008. The hearing currently scheduled for March 18, 2008 is cancelled. I anticipate that upon the filing of the status report the matter will be scheduled for further proceedings or will be dismissed based upon an agreed upon resolution of the case. So ordered.
