ORDER ON REQUEST FOR INTERIM CEASE AND DESIST
ORDER
The Board has considered the Farmington School District’s
Request for an Interim Cease and Desist Order pending a hearing and took the
following actions:
1. Pursuant to RSA 273-A:6, III and Pub 304.02, it
reviewed the Farmington School District’s January 30, 2008 Request for
an Interim Cease and Desist Order pending a hearing.
2. The Board denied the Farmington School District’s Request for an
Interim Cease and Desist Order pending a hearing.
3. The Board will further consider the Farmington School District’s
Request for a Cease and Desist Order at the hearing on the merits of the
complaint.
