ORDER ON REQUEST FOR INTERIM CEASE AND DESIST
ORDER
The Board has considered the University System of New
Hampshire/University of New Hampshire’s Request for an Interim Cease and
Desist Order pending a hearing and took the following actions:
1. Pursuant to RSA 273-A:6, III and Pub 304.02, it
reviewed the University System of New Hampshire/University of New
Hampshire’s February 21, 2008 Request for an Interim Cease and Desist
Order pending a hearing.
2. The Board denied the University System of New Hampshire/University of
New Hampshire’s Request for an Interim Cease and Desist Order pending a
hearing.
3. The Board will further consider the University System of New
Hampshire/University of New Hampshire’s Request for a Cease and Desist
Order at the hearing on the merits of the complaint.
