ORDER
1. In accordance with Pub 206.01, the board will conduct a
hearing on the Town’s petition unless the parties file a waiver of hearing.
The waiver of hearing, if any, shall be filed on or before March 14, 2008.
2. In the event the parties do not waive hearing, counsel for each party
shall file a list of all dates when they are available for hearing between
March 17, 2008 and June 16, 2008.
3. In the event the parties do not waive hearing, they shall file a list of
witnesses and exhibits together with a summary of the substance and scope of
testimony of each witness on or before March 14, 2008
