ORDER
1. This matter is being processed as a petition for
certification under Pub 301.01 and RSA 273-A:10, I-V.
2. The Town submitted a letter outlining its objections to the petition for
certification. The Town’s letter will remain on file, but the Town shall
file its objections to the petition in pleading form on or before February
29, 2008.
3. The Town shall file a list of the names of employees in the proposed unit
and their job titles on or before February 29, 2008
4. A hearing on the petition will be conducted on March 14, 2008 at 11:00
a.m.
