ORDER ON REQUEST FOR EXTENSION
A Motion to Allow One Additional Day to Submit Brief was
received by the PELRB via electronic filing on February 20, 2008 and counsel
for the Town has assented to this motion, therefore:
1. Each party was granted leave to submit a legal
memorandum on or before February 25, 2008 pursuant to a previous ruling
by the PELRB.
2. The Petitioner has filed a request to extend that submission deadline
until February 26, 2008.
3. Counsel for the Respondent Town of Hampstead has been contacted and
is reported to have assented to the request for extension.
The Petitioner’s Motion for Extension is granted.
So ordered.
