The parties have satisfied the requirements of Pub 201.07 (e) relative to provision of specifics as to the nature of the conflict and provision of alternate dates. 1.. The matter had been scheduled to be conducted on February 20, 2008. 2. The instant joint motion is granted for reasons stated by counsel. 3. Unless otherwise ordered as a result of the filing of any subsequent motion or for other good cause shown, an evidentiary hearing between the parties will be held on: Monday, April 7, 2008 beginning at 9:00 AM at the offices of the PELRB, 153 Manchester Street, GAA Plaza – Bld. #1 in Concord, New Hampshire.
