NOTICE OF
DECERTIFICATION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE
Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by the Public Employee Labor
Relations Act, (RSA 273-A), in accordance with RSA 273-A:10 and Pub 301, and
following a valid election which resulted in a majority vote of members of
the bargaining unit voting for decertification of SEA/SEIU, Local 1984.
UNIT: All classified employees with the exception of those classified
employees excluded from the definition of public employee under the
provisions of RSA 273-A:1, IX
IT IS ORDERED, that the above named respondent is no longer the exclusive
bargaining representative of the described unit. The respondent is no longer
responsible for, or obligated to collectively bargain or represent said
employees in grievance proceedings. Further, there shall no longer be any
organization with the statutory authority to give notice of an intent to
bargain under RSA 273-A or to enforce the terms of any collective bargaining
agreement between the public employer and the formerly certified bargaining
agent.
