ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to a representation by both counsel that they had reached settlement following one half day of testimony and a request from Carol Knox representative for the complainant during a recess of the hearing at the PELRB on January 10, 2008 that the charges against the City of Nashua be withdrawn, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby dismissed and the case closed.
