ORDER OF VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF CERTIFICATION Upon receipt and consideration of the December 13, 2007 request of AFSCME, Council 93, that it desires to voluntarily surrender its certification as the bargaining agent for the above-captioned bargaining unit, and its representation that it has notified members of the bargaining unit of its intent to surrender its certification pursuant to Admin. Rule Pub 301.03(j), the Public Employee Labor Relations Board does, hereby, GRANT the surrender of certification effective this day. Hereafter, pursuant to Admin. Rule Pub 301.03(j)(2), the surrendering bargaining agent shall have no further responsibilities under the collective bargaining agreement, or under those provisions of RSA 273-A giving it authority to bargain collectively.
