MODIFICATION OF CERTIFIED BARGAINING UNIT A representation proceeding having been previously conducted by the Public Employee Labor Relations Board in accordance with RSA 273-A, and the Rules and Regulations of the Board, which resulted in the selection of an exclusive representative, and where the parties have now stipulated to a modification of the certified bargaining unit's composition, said stipulation being in conformity with the provisions of RSA 273-A; then, Pursuant to the authority vested in the Board by the Public Employee Labor Relations Act, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that SALEM PUBLIC ADMINISTRATORS ASSOCIATION, is the exclusive representative of the employees of the above named public employer, in the unit as described below, for purposes of collective negotiations and settlement of grievances. UNIT: Composed of the following professional employees in management level positions: Chief Assessor, Chief Building Official, Senior Engineer, Planning Director, Health Officer, Operations Manager, Director of Human Services, Information Technology Director, Utilities Manager, Utilities Division Chemist, Deputy Police Chief, Police Lieutenant, Police Captain, Prosecutor, Assistant Prosecutor, Assistant Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, Fire Marshall, Recreation Director, Accounting and Budget Manager, Senior Services Director. Further, IT IS ORDERED that the above named public employer shall henceforth recognize the SALEM PUBLIC ADMINISTRATORS ASSOCIATION as the exclusive representative on terms and conditions of employment for the members of the bargaining unit, as herein described, and shall recognize the right of such exclusive representative to represent employees in the settlement of grievances.
