ORDER On February 6, 2007 petitioner filed this unfair labor practice charge. To date the respondent has not filed the answer due on February 21, 2006, nor has the respondent filed a motion for extension of time to answer. The PELRB has received communications from the parties indicating a likely agreed upon resolution has been reached, the last such communication taking place on March 6, 2007. Accordingly, this matter shall be administratively dismissed on April 16, 2007, unless, prior to that date, the PELRB receives a duly executed stipulation in resolution of the complaint or the petitioner files a motion for hearing on the complaint.
