ORDER WHEREAS a Motion to Continue was filed by the representative for the Complainant on February 13, 2007, and assented to by counsel for the Respondent, stating that the parties have agreed to defer to arbitration and requesting any further proceedings before the PELRB be stayed and that this matter be held in abeyance. It is hereby ORDERED that the Motion to Continue is granted. The Complainant shall notify the PELRB in writing when the arbitration is completed. This matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until November 30, 2007, and unless either party request further PELRB proceedings on or before November 30, 2007, the matter shall be administratively dismissed.
