ORDER

WHEREAS the parties have submitted a "Stipulation to Defer to Arbitration" electronically on February 20, agreeing that the proceedings before the PELRB be stayed pending arbitration, that the complainant notify the PELRB in writing when the arbitration is completed and, that if neither party requests that the case be scheduled for a hearing on or before July 20, 2007, the case shall be administratively dismissed;

It is hereby ORDERED that the assented to "Stipulation to Defer to Arbitration" is granted. This matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until July 20, 2007, and unless either party files a request for further PELRB proceedings on or before July 20, 2007, the matter be administratively dismissed.

It is so ordered.
