ORDER DISMISSING COMPLAINT Pursuant to written notification submitted by the representative for the NEPBA Local 11, Portsmouth Police Patrolmen's Association stating that it withdraws the unfair labor practice complaint previously filed against the City of Portsmouth, it is ORDERED that the charges of unfair labor practice that are the subject matter of this case are hereby dismissed without prejudice and the case closed.
