ORDER This matter has been held in abeyance since September 1, 2006 with certain conditions, including the requirement that the Complainant's representative shall provide the Board with a status report on the arbitration every thirty (30) days, including notice of the date of issuance of the arbitration award. To date the Complainant's representative has failed to make any of the required status report filings and neither party has otherwise made any request for further proceedings. Accordingly, unless one of the parties submits a filing which justifies the continuation of this matter on the PELRB docket on or before February 17, 2007, this matter shall be deemed concluded and all claims dismissed with prejudice.
