PRE-HEARING ORDER AND MEMORANDUM

Respondent's Motion to Require Clarification of Charge is granted as petitioner has agreed to, on or before January 19, 2007, file a specification providing the dates (year, month, and day) for all the factual allegations in the complaint. Respondent has withdrawn the Motion to Stay without prejudice. A further pre-hearing in this matter is scheduled for February 2, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. To the extent necessary the parties shall file updated pre-hearing worksheets at this pre-hearing. The adjudicatory hearing on the merits is rescheduled to February 13, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. and, to the extent necessary, February 15, 2007. These are all agreed upon dates.
