ORDER ON MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE TO REQUEST HEARING WHEREAS an Assented To Motion to Extend Deadline to Request Hearing was filed by James Donchess, Esq., representative for the complainant on January 8, 2007, stating that the parties are moving towards settlement in this matter and therefore requesting that the deadline be extended to April 5, 2007, it is hereby: ORDERED that said motion is GRANTED. The deadline is hereby extended to: April 5, 2007 at which time the matter will be dismissed with prejudice unless a written request is received from either party before that date requesting a hearing.
