ORDER OF DISMISSAL At the January 8, 2007 pre-hearing conference the parties were able to reach a written agreement setting forth ground rules for further negotiations. The parties filed a copy of the signed agreement with the PELRB. Petitioner also agreed to withdraw the underlying complaint, said withdrawal to be documented by this order.
