ORDER WHEREAS counsel for the complainant filed an "Assented to Motion to Hold Case in Abeyance Until April 1, 2006" on February 28, 2006, stating, inter alia, that the parties have reached a tentative settlement in this case and need additional time to have the settlement ratified and finalized, that if neither party requests that the case be scheduled for a hearing on or before April 1, 2006, the case shall be administratively dismissed, and that counsel for the respondent consents to the instant motion; it is hereby: ORDERED that the assented to motion is granted and that this matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases until April 1, 2006. Unless either party requests further PELRB proceedings by April 1, 2006, the matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed. It is so ordered. Signed this 1st day of March, 2006. /s/ Donald E.
