ORDER WHEREAS, following a pre-hearing conference on February 8, 2006 relative to the above-entitled matters the parties' representatives notified the PELRB on February 17, 2006 and February 22, 2006, respectively, that they were in engaged in good faith settlement negotiations that were likely to resolve the instant dispute and that, accordingly, the Board hearing scheduled for February 23, 2006 was no longer necessary, it is hereby: ORDERED that (1) the Board hearing scheduled February 23, 2006 is postponed; (2) the matter shall stand continued on the PELRB's docket of cases for thirty (30) days or until March 25, 2006; and (3) that unless either party requests (electronically or otherwise) further PELRB proceedings on or before said date, the matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed.
