ORDER ON MOTION TO RECONSIDER GRANTING OF STAY REQUEST The Board conferred for the purpose of considering the Association's Motion to Reconsider Granting of Stay and took the following actions: 1. It reviewed the Association's Motion to Reconsider Granting of Stay filed February 13, 2006 and the Academy's Objection to the Association's Motion to Reconsider Granting of Stay, filed on February 16, 2006. 2. It reviewed the Board's decision in this matter (PELRB Decision No. 2006-018) issued on February 1, 2006. 3. It reviewed the previous filings of the parties in this matter. 4.
