ORDER WHEREAS the representative for the petitioner has filed a Motion to Continue the adjudicative hearing scheduled for February 22, 2006 due to witness unavailability, counsel for the respondent has indicated his assent to the motion, counsel for both parties are scheduled to meet on March 6, 2006 to discuss the instant matter and have indicated that should a hearing date be necessary the parties will mutually contact the PELRB for dates to reschedule; it is hereby: ORDERED that the adjudicative hearing scheduled in this matter for February 22, 2006 is cancelled and the matter shall be held in abeyance for sixty (60) days from the date of this order. Unless a certification petition containing a stipulated bargaining unit or a request for hearing is received by the PELRB within this sixty (60) day period, the matter shall thereafter be administratively dismissed.
